How Unalike Detailing handles booking requests and text message confirmations.
1. Information We Collect
When you request a mobile detail on Unalike Detailing, we collect only what is needed to schedule and perform your service: your name, phone number, service address or city, vehicle type, requested package, and any optional notes or email address you provide.
2. How We Use Your Information & SMS Confirmations
Your phone number and booking details are used strictly by Ricky Van to confirm your appointment time, quote your service, coordinate arrival at your location, and follow up on your completed detail. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with third-party marketers.
3. Site Analytics
We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to count visits and booking requests, so we know which pages and ads help people book. Neither is sent your name, phone number or address. You can block both with any browser privacy setting, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or your Facebook ad settings.
